Мне нравился "Амиталь" всегда.. Люблю книги, частый там покупатель уже несколько лет. Приятно находится в спокойной атмосфере, слушая отличную музыку и выбирая книгу в течении получаса или даже часа) Девочки в филиале на мкр. Олимпийский, 62 (г. Старый Оскол) всегда были дружелюбные, готовы помочь и подсказать. Очень расстроило сегодня впервые за всё время резкость администратора (при этом, девочки-продавцы, как всегда очень любезны). Не ожидала.. Сама работаю в сфере обслуживания. К чему свой негатив или плохое настроение вымещать на клиентах? Зачем так резко отвечать?? Зашла с хорошим настроением, вышла в плохом.. Ведь можно было по другому ответить, что "извините (да-да) , произошло недоразумение, вас не правильно проинформировали... товар отложить нельзя..." Администратор магазина , как руководящее звено, так себя ведет? и кричит через весь зал возмущенно на подчиненных?? У девочек у всех бэйджы, кроме администратора, поэтому, не знаю даже , как обратиться.(16.01.2020)
