Магазин хороший ,цены низкие и продавцы расскажут и покажут всё, что нужно... Единственное, что огорчило - после покупки заметил, что обманули на 100р... Мелочь, но не приятно (

Никогда не отзваниваются по оформленному заказу, пару раз заказал приезжал, мне говорят - нет в наличии, надо было звонить прежде чем ехать. Брак возврату не подлежит , чеки не выдают только какую-то бумажку которую они называют чеком. Если предварительно позвонить спросить о наличии , вам скажут если на сайте есть значит есть в наличии , но по факту может не быть, например пару раз слышал- кончилось пока вы ехали ( при том что мне ехать час) Уровень продавцов оч низкий , впечатление что их набрали откуда то с колхозного рынка

Купил у них батарею для Samsung Galaxy S6. Емкость на 40 процентов меньше заявленной. Отстой. Больше к ним ни ногой!

Здравствуйте Юрий! Впервые получаем отрицательный отзыв по акб для Samsung, поэтому менеджер и уверял вас, что акб хорошая. Если купленная вами продукция не соответствует заявленным характеристикам или является бракованной, то в этом случае, согласно правилам продажи и закону о защите прав потребителей, вы смело можете привезти её обратно в павильон, а мы в свою очередь произведём обмен, либо возврат денежных средств.
