Плохо, что все сотрудники работают без головных уборов. И повар на пицце, и бармен-кассир. Еда вкусная, но риск получить в ней волос портит всё впечатление. Руководство, обратите внимание пожалуйста. Это нарушение санпин.

Заказали сегодня wok лапшу 450 гр выход по меню и пасту карбонара 360 гр. Принесли абсолютно одинаковые порции, на вид грамм 220 каждая. На моё замечание, что в пасте карбонара явно недовес официантка забрала её и через 2 минуты вернула уже с бо́льшим весом. На вкус и вид блюдо не соответствует рецептуре приготовления, сыр отсутствовал полностью, яйцо тоже, бекона 2 кусочка. При этом стоимость блюда 390 рублей. Wok лапшу съели без предъявления претензий по весу, т.к. были очень гододны)). Грязную посуду никто у нас со стола не убрал. Когда я подошла рассчитаться к кассе официант она же кассир разговаривала по телефону, чек стала пробивать только после того как поняла, что я его жду. Обращаюсь к директору! Прошу Вас рассмотреть мою претензию должным образом. Считаю неприемлемым такое отношение к клиентам. Обвешивать гостей это ужасно, Вашим поварам что спагетти жалко??? Хотела по-быстрому и сытно накормить детей, а получила полное разочарование.
