Отвратительная работа с клиентами. Приехали, привез заявление о присоединении на оказание услуг. Специалист принял документы, проверил, сказал все нормально на почту придут настройки. В итоге на почту приходит письмо что печать не туда поставили. Поставьте и приезжайте опять. Это что за уровень шарашкиной конторы? Для чего сидят там так сказать сотрудники? Ну посмотрите нормально, мы на месте бы все поправили. Это нет слов от уровня этой организации, ниразу ничего с первого раза нормально не сделали. Реально надо переходить в другую компанию. Отвратительное отношение к клиентам, то подпись не похожа, то еще что-то не так. Клиентоориентированность на нуле!

Уважаемый, Роман! Все документы, принятые специалистами удостоверяющего центра, проходят тщательную проверку. Выпуск электронной подписи регламентирован Федеральным законом от 06 апреля 2011 г. № 63-ФЗ «Об электронной подписи» и требованиями Приказа ФСБ Российской Федерации от 27 декабря 2011 г. № 796. В случае выявления сотрудниками удостоверяющего центра ошибок или неточностей, документы подлежат исправлению и повторной подаче для проверки перед выпуском электронной подписи. По данной ситуации поясняем, что мы не имеем права принимать в работу документы, в которых отсутствуют подписи заявителя – это незаконно.

Сотрудники профи своего дела. Рядом с заводом КАЛИБР. очень сложно припарковаться своё авто. Въезд на территорию 300р. Делайте сами вывод...

Спасибо за Ваш отзыв! Свободные места по Годовикова бывают чуть дальше в сторону центра, хотя конечно сложности с парковкой есть :(
