На сайте указаны все виды анализов. Позвонив узнав , можно ли сдать конкретно этот ,конкретно на этом адресе , девушка по телефону сказала да конечно, приехав через 30-40 минут оказалась что такого анализа нет вообще в базе и не знают где мы его нашли, примерно так сказали , можно сдать только отдельно все, как на сайте общим нельзя такого нет. Так как надо было уже срочно сдавать , что бы по срокам сдачи успеть , пришлось сдавать . Разница в итоге составила 500 рублей , очень уж не приятная разница , при обмане потребителя так скажем. Через пару дней, все таки решив разобраться в ситуации позвонили к ним в офис, никаких номеров горячей линии нет , где написал претензию нет, только лично приходите на листочке пишите . С каким либо более старшим сотрудником поговорить тоже не возможно. Только с девушкой администратором на ресепшн. В итоге по ситуации сказали все у нас есть приезжайте сдавайте , а на ту ситуацию сказали не могли часть сделать из общего заказа , поэтому. Хотя когда сделали анализы дороже и по отдельности все было .начали оправдываться что то кто просто ошибся и даже не извинились . В общем будьте готовы к тому что могут обманывать и разница будет не в 100 рублей , а ощутимо больше. При звонке записывайте разговор, что бы не могли отвертеться и делали именно те анализы которые есть на сайте и которые сказали по телефону, что есть
