При покупке Смартфона Nokia в Связном мне был продан полис Альфа страхования — рассказали о предоставляемой полисом защите в случае повреждения телефона, в т.ч. по моей вине. Мне продали полис №04960142476934475 от 4.09.2014 В период действия полиса в давке в метро я неловко двинулся и раздавил дисплей смартфона. Это страховой случай, поэтому я выполнил все требования полиса — заказал требуемую экспертизу сертифицированного сервис-центра, предоставил Альфа страхование полный набор документов и заявление на выплату. Сотрудники страховой пояснили, что я должен выполнить ремонт в сертифицированном центре Nokia и предоставить документы для компенсации расходов. Убыток №3978413, документы предоставлены 28.08.2015 13.11.2015 Альфа-страхование сообщило, что не могут рассмотреть мое заявление, поскольку нет справки из ОВД. При этом страховой известно, что в ОВД я не обращался и предмет обращения отсутствует, поскольку в час пик я по неосторожности сам повредил телефон. Но это все же страховой случай. Как я понял, требование заведомо несуществующей справки имеет целью уклониться от компенсации расходов. При этом скоты как бы не понимают, что заставляют клиента тратить время на сбор справок, написание заявлений и своими обещаниями вселяют надежду. Лучше бы сразу сказали, что выплаты не будет.

Страхуюсь в этой компании давно. В данном филиале работают очень отзывчивые люди, всегда помогут в каких-то спорных вопросах, посоветуют как быть в той или иной ситуации. Расположение офиса достаточно удобное, единственное, очень маленькая парковка для автотранспорта. Рекомендую!
