Отвратительная компания, купил каско на свое авто, а через месяц продал авто и захотел вернуть каско, сначало каско оказалось не активным, а когда поднял всех на уши, быстро активировалось, но возврат средств на сайте у продавцов стоит статус без возврата средств, почему никто не знает, наверно придется идти в суд!!!!

отвратительная компания.сменил авто так они страховку вернуть обещали а новый авто страховать не хотят только через сайт а через сайт без всяких скидок,за что я должен переплачивать.звонил на горячую линию дозвониться очень сложно там послушали и перенаправили к другому специалисту которого я ждал 35 мин слушая убогую музыку но так и не дождался.

Невозможно оформить полис осаго ни через сайт, ни через приложение, ни через оператора на будущую дату. Только сегодня на завтра. Более странных ребят ещё поискать.

Ужасная компания, нет удаленного расторжения договора и это в 21 веке отговариваю от обращения в эту компанию...сотрудники никто клиента не ориентированы

Договор страхования жизни с выплатой дополнительного инвестиционного дохода(полис-аферта) Программа «Капитал в плюс» в этой чудной компании Альфа Страхование жизнь,полное фуфло и разочарование,махинация в чистом виде,но только официальная.Три года у мамы лежали деньги там как у инвестора,она так думала и надеялась что будут проценты неплохие с этих даже 250.000 т.р,а нет,в банке МКБ Банк ее уверили в 2016 году что будут неплохие, в кавычках теперь, проценты,от 13% до 18%В итоге она получила куш в 260.000 р за три года,несложно подсчитать чистую прибыль в 10000 р – показать

У меня Программа «Капитал в плюс» Альфа Страхование жизнь тоже 3 года пользовались моими деньгами, 500т. р в итоге 0 руб. 0 коп. прибыли.
