Ужасный сервис! Предлагали левый полис, от менеджеров воняет сигаретами, общаться с клиентами не умеют. Крайне не рекомендую приходить к этим товарищам!

Менеджер вежливый. Услугу по продлению ипотечного страхования для альфа банка не удалось получить. Причина в том что такой услугой занимается только центральный офис. А на сайте АльфаСтрахования указано что данная услуга предоставляется в филиале на Окской.

Добрый день! К сожалению, по всей видимости произошла ошибка в данных на сайте. Наш офис будет подключен к данному виду страхования в течении недели. Мы сейчас активно обучаем сотрудников офиса и надеемся, что следующее посещение будет для Вас комфортным .

Оценка повреждений по фото в Альфе - это не на глаз по двум снимкам. Я сначала скептически отнесся, думал увидят ерунду. Сделал подробные фото с разных углов, отдельно зазоры, внутреннюю часть бампера и отправил. Сначала система анализировала, потом еще живой специалист проверял. Расчет выплаты по ОСАГО виновного оказался объективным и быстрым.

По регламенту ждал что выплатят по ОСАГО через 20 дней. Но деньги пришли на 10 день после подачи заявления. Приятно, что не тянули до последнего, а реально закрыли оплату раньше.

Очень помогло, что специалисты поддержки страховой объяснили, какие документы сохранить и что конкретно нужно взять у врача, чтобы гарантированно получить выплату по страховке при перелетах. Благодаря этой инструкции я сделала все без ошибок. Пуш-уведомление о переводе пришло через 5 дней после одобрения.
