Если Вас посылают сюда, как в ближайший офис - лучше обратитесь в другой. Все что не касается покупки полиса (внесение изменения в полис или как в моем случае - расторжение договора в связи с продажей транспортного средства) делается с негативом или не делается вообще. Теперь принципиально не пойду в этот офис продлять договор по другой машине.

Добрый день, Илья! Неправда, мы всегда Рады помочь нашим Клиентам и решаем многие вопросы. Если вам не понравился наш офис, то увы. У вас есть ваш агент который оформил вам полис и должен вас вести по договору: вносить изменения, делать расторжение и тд. А если вы оформляете полис в газельке или возле ГАИ у брокеров и вас не ведут, и вы не можете подождать несколько минут, когда офис обслуживает своих потенциальных Клиентов и начинаете негативить, это вряд ли кому-то понравиться.

После ДТП морально готовилась, что надо будет дергать сотрудников компании, чтобы не затягивали процесс согласования. Однако не пришлось, все решалось достаточно быстро, да и виновник аварии вел себя более-менее спокойно. Страховые выплаты пришли на карту через 4 дня после подписания соглашения.

После столкновения в родном дворе, виновник успел быстренько уехать, остались заметные царапины и вмятины на крыле. У меня был оформлен полис Каско, сразу позвонил в компанию. Все быстро решалось, СТО для ремонта выбирал из списка, и сделали мастера качественно, претензий нет.

С полисом Дети и спорт я впервые столкнулась. В офисе все прошло легче, чем я ожидала: документы проверили, объяснили. Рассмотрение было чуть позже и уже без меня. Через 9 дней пришла выплата

На отдыхе в Турции заболел, но хорошо, что перед поездкой оформил полис для выезжающих за рубеж, это очень выручило. По нему предоставление медицинской помощи в сервисной компании согласовали без проблем
