Бесполезный офис. Был вопрос - пришёл проконсультироваться. Менеджер устало отправил меня читать информацию на сайт. Лучше бы оставили ремонт телефонов, который был до этого.

Была необходимость внести изменения в электронный полис ОСАГО. В личном приложении выдавало ошибку, на сайте тоже самое . После нескольких попыток дозвонился до оператора горячей линии, который сказал мне, что нужно писать заявление ,фотографировать его, отправлять, в течении 10 дней рассмотрят его🤦🏽‍♂️... Позвонил в этот офис, человек по имени Денис вник в ситуацию, разобрался и произвёл изменения, все по телефону. Благодарность большая и уважение 🤝👍🏼👋🏼

Сидит в этом филиале самодовольный тип, весь на понтах, дерзкий, мы не захотели даже страховаться по его виду можно было прочитать идите на..... ! В ТЦ ковчег

Добрый день. Сожалеем, что Вы столкнулись с подобным обслуживанием. С другой стороны Вы не описали деталей, что именно Вам сказал/не предложил сотрудник офиса. Выглядит как не здоровая конкуренция коллег из офиса Жуковка, что не приемлемо в корпоративной среде.
