Всем привет.В первый раз пришла на групповое занятие в студию на Гагарина.Немного переживала,потому что туда привела меня моя дочь.Девочки все молодые .Но атмосфера очень дружелюбная и Алина внимательно,терпеливо и мягко все рассказывала и показывала.Сначала взяла абонемент на 4 занятия в месяц.Все тело болело и было в синяках.Но постепенно втянулась и захотелось большего.В силу занятости пришлось добирать часы у другого тренера-Насти ,уже в студии Милениума.Настя очень спортивная,выносливая и от тебя тоже требует полной выкладки.Но я ничуть не жалею.Благодаря этим занятиям я подтянула свое тело,чуствую себя энергичной и молодой.Огромное спасибо девочкам и всем Альфочкам

Вчера посчастливилось остаться на дополнительный час растяжки от студии Альфа-Dance в Омске. Замечательная Мария проводит занятия на профессиональном уровне. Работая в группе, уделяет внимание каждой девочке! Всего лишь одно занятие убедило меня взять на следующий месяц абонемент не на восемь, а на шестнадцать занятий. Теперь продолжу заниматься не только Pole-dance, но и растяжечкой ❤ Если вам интересен спорт на пилоне, растяжка, стрип-пластика, танцы на воздушных кольцах и многое другое - вы знаете, что делать :) Просто попробуйте, и это будет незабываемо.
