Являюсь давним клиентом Альфа банк по ряду продуктов, считаю банк удобным, профессиональным и клиентоориентированным, хорошие условия работы, минимум бюрократии, много отделений и банкоматов. Однако, здесь оценка не банку в целом, а конкретному отделению на Осеннем бульваре, город Москва, у меня остались самые негативные впечатления тесно, очередь, отсутствие нормальной парковки. Подошла моя очередь, а специалист перекинул меня к другому сотруднику, который оказался не компетентен в моем вопросе, меня вернули к первому специалисту где мне пришлось снова стоять в очереди это не достойно Альфа банк, я крайне разочарован!

Очередь очередь и ещё раз очередь, сотрудники очень медленно работает. Не советую пользоваться услугами этого банка.

Не знаю, как работает сам банк, но дозвониться туда не реально, сплошное ненужное голосовое меню, к операторам доступа нет. И уже и не надо, пойду в другой банк, а этому ставлю единицу и никому не посоветую. Адьес.
