Я зарплатник Альфа банка. Кредит брал конечно тут же. Деньги потребовались очень срочно. Оценил оперативность принятия решения — оформил заявку онлайн и перезвонили буквально через час. Взял необходимые доки и на следующий день уже забрал необходимую мне сумму.

Добрый день, посетила банк 13.09.18 была очень расстроена,очень долгое обслуживание к клиентам. Пришла 11,30 утра людей было мало, а уйду не известно во сколько, а время уже14.35 заказала кредитную карту, очень все медленно идёт) так как документы подписанные ещё второй раз просматривают. Я в ужасе, люди многие не выдерживают и просто уходят

Самый некомпетентный банк в обслуживании в Москве,сняли деньги не зачто,при оформлении проинформировал УЖАСНО сотрудник ТАК НАЗЫВАЕМОГО «БАНКА'«что комиссия не взимается на снятие наличных,когда мы сняли наличные через неделю пришла задолженность 1200,не советуюбольше никому туда не ходить и нечего не брать,отстой!!!!!
