Конченные уро. Которые блокируют телефон чтоб им не дозвониться. Не советую с альфа- банка работать и связываться

Не теряйте время и нервы, выбирайте другой банк, благо полно их. Более тугих товарищей еще поискать. В зале нет даже перегородок. Человек оплачивающий телефон и платящий миллион — рядом сидят))). Очереди. Стульев нет. Неквалифицированный персонал — это мягко сказано. Где их взяли — вообще вопрос. Не информируют ни о чем. У меня списали комиссию, забыв о ней оповестить, с офердрафта (!) хотя можно было наличными взять, как обычно делали. Хамы. Дозвониться -не реально, даже не пытайтесь. Хотя сама видела, как телефоны орут, а они булки едят))) Вручают карты с личными телефонами (зачем, так и не поняла, настаивая, что б звонила на мобильный лично менеджеру.) Нахамили бабуле в очереди, нет бы стул дать. Охраны нет. Фу. Мерзость. Никогда больше не зайду. – показать

По опыту скажу, Альфа-Банк лучший из тех, в которых я была. Сюда перешла из другого банка и не жалею. Обслуживание у них намного лучше. например, я могу остановить любого сотрудинка, который будет находиться в зале и он ответит на мой вопрос, либо сориентирует куда обратиться, а не отмахнется от меня,сфразой «Я не занимаюсь этим, найдите кого то другого», мне просто так уже отвечали в другом банке). Плюс я пыталась оформить кредит в другом банке, соответственно, ничего не понятно,куда идти, ка кие документы собирать и т.д., меня отфутболивали от одного специалиста к другому, я просто бездарно провела несколько часов своего времени, а тут сразу направили к нужному специалисту, проконсультировали подробно, посчитали проценты, выплаты. Конечно есть минус, отделение далековато от дома, но зато всегда быстро обслуживают, поэтому это незначительный минус. – показать
