Являюсь зарплатным клиентом альфа-банка. Поэтому, когда с женой решили брать ипотеку, в другой банк не стали обращаться. Ипотеку брали на строящееся жилье. Все было быстро и четко. Еще и процент снизили, так как зарплатником являюсь. Приятно. Ипотека- это не так страшно, как думалось) . Уверен, что закроем ее раньше.

В отделение давно не заходила, а тут забежала снять деньги в банкомате. Тут все стабильно. Яркая цветовая гамма: красно-белая. Приветливые менеджеры, электронная очередь, звуковое оповещение. Светлое ,большое помещение. "Стабильность - признак мастерства" !!!

Отделение на Чкаловской- просто позор… я не думал, что такое вообще возможно в Альфе.. Специалисты безграмотные, невнимательные, абсолютно не проф пригодны (уровень ПТУ). Общаются примитивно, не на один вопрос не могут внятно ответить, постоянно что-то мямлят себе под нос и задают совершенно тупые вопросы не по теме… Единственный нормальный человек в этом ДО — финансовый консультант (по крайней мере тот, к которому я попал) и специалист Евгений (как я помню). Работают на самом деле нереально медленно, хотя народу очень мало. Стоит также отметить, что сотрудники настроены достаточно агрессивно и негативно к клиентам, такое чувство, что их не кормят сутками. Очень жаль, что банк выпускает таких некомпетентных сотрудников…Оценка отделению -5 – показать
