Отвратительная работа сотрудников, сидят 4 опрерациониста и 1 сотрудник стоит на входе. Никто внятно ничего раз'яснить и помочь не может. Вся работа сводится только к разводу на кредитные продукты и на открытие кредитных карт. Выписку по счету за последние 4 года дать не могут, говорят заказывайте по горячей линии, а на горячей линии говорят идите в банк. Сваливают свои проблемы друг на друга. Телефон не отвечает, его просто отключили. Раньше был самый лучший банк с самыми провессиональными и приветливыми сотрудниками, сейчас стал одним из худших в котором огромное количество бесполезных работников сидящих на з/п просто за присутствие на рабочем месте.
