Ужасная организация работы с юридическими лицами. В течении двух рабочих дней не можем получить выпущенные бизнес-карты, т.к. сотрудник заболел, а на замену де-факто никого не прислали. Т.е. отделение как бы работает с ЮЛ, но обслужить никак не могут. И когда могут тоже не говорят. Заместитель управляющего также никакой информации не дает, телефонная линия перегружена, тоже никто ничего не комментирует. Т.е. это отделение ужасное по работе с юридическими лицами, де-факто обслужить не может!

Добрый вечер! На мои персональные данные оформлена кредитная карта . Мне приходят СМС с Альфа банка , что карта связи с неуплатой задолжности блокирована! В этом банке я никогда не оформляла никаких кредитов.и Займов!!! Уважаемые сотрудники банка до вас невозможно дозвониться!!! Разберитесь в данной ситуации!!!!!
