Заказал пластиковую зарплатную карту от организации. Сказали, в течении 3-х недель будет готова. Прошло три недели позвонил, сказали, что никакой информации о моих данных нет... Заканчивается 4-я неделя....

Отделение отличается длинными очередями и медленным решением вопросов. Даже наличие электронной очереди не помогает, т.к. внутри этой самой очереди нет подразделения клиентов на группы вопросов. Операционисты, часто, сами не знают, что говорят клиентам и забывают на столе (оставив на обозрение другим) персональные данные клиентов, включая логин интернет-банки, номер телефона и т.п. СТоит сюда обращаться только если нет дургого выбора.
