Ужасный банк! При оформлении кредитной карты оператор, выдававший карту, уверяла, что Альфабанк комиссию не взимает. Поэтому очень сильно удивился, когда увидел, что за перевод сняли больше двух тысяч рублей! Это очень много! Из-за лжи сотрудника Альфабанка пришлось расплачиваться за ненужную услугу. Если б знал вообще б не оформлял эту карту. Второй неприятный момент так же при обслуживании, девушка оператор при оформлении постоянно сидела в телефоне и смотрела видосы, вместо того чтоб отвечать правдиво на вопросы. Третий момент, навязали страховку, хотя я четко и ясно сказал, что мне эта услуга не нужна, на что она сказала, что предложение уже сформировано и она его переделывать не будет. Если захочу сам через месяц отменю услугу страхования.

Пришло время рассказать о своей карте Альфа Банка 100 дней. сразу скажу, что понравилось мне заманчивое предложение что-то купить и не копейки не переплатить. А ещё можно просто снять деньги и опять же внести их назад без процентов, не переплачивая. Лично я купил ребенку в комнату аквариум. На работе задержали зарплату на пару недель, а у ребёнка был день рождения. реклама карты вовремя подвернулась и оформление не заставило себя долго ждать. В общем быстро купили аквариум и за пару месяцев расс читались. – показать
