Поставила одну звёздочку, хотя надо-бы -5!!! Отвратительное обслуживание, вечные очереди, дезинформация полная! Пыталась закрыть счёт по кредитной карте в начале января, пришла в банк, составили со специалистом заявление о досрочном погашении. Внесла названную мне сумму. Через месяц мне начинают названивать и говорить об образовавшейся задолженности. Прихожу опять в банк(снова очередь) выясняется, что сумму к погашению мне сказали неправильно. Снова пишу заявление, вношу нужную (названную специалистом!!!) сумму... Через месяц история повторяется. Иду в третий раз!!! Теряю своё время в очередной очереди, опять там какая-то задолженность. В итоге 13 марта я делаю третью попытку расстаться с данным банком. Все проверяю лично, опять плачу деньги, мне говорят , что сейчас все точно хорошо и через 40!!!!! дней счёт мой закроется автоматически. Ну и что - позавчера мне опять звонят сообщить о сумме к погашению 300р. Мне сейчас делать четвертую попытку закрыть счёт? Никому никогда не посоветую этот банк! Посоветую держаться подальше, если хотите сохранить деньги, время и нервы. Малышева Анна Сергеевна

НЕВОЗМОЖНО ДОЗВОНИТЬСЯ ДО ФИЛИАЛА ДАЖЕ ЧЕРЕЗ ОПЕРАТОРА С ГОРЯЧЕЙ ЛИНИИ! ПРОСТО НИКТО ТРУБКУ НЕ БЕРЕТ!

Получала карту. Менеджер (сложилось впечатление, что старший), на мой вопрос про установленный тарифный план, ответила не верно при этом с такой гримасой. Просто дура с претензией на снобизм.
