Не могу описать словами мое возмущение по отношению к этому банку! Стоило установить приложение Альфа и тут же мошенники списали крупные суммы денег со счетов ДВАЖДЫ !!! Банк отказывается нести ответственность!!! Не удивлюсь, если сам же банк и занимается этими махинациями - обкрадывая своих же клиентов!

Мне кажется, что если клиент принципиально не хочет класть крупную сумму денег большим количеством купюр на счет через банкомат и по-человечески просит персонал банка выполнить операцию через менеджера, то он точно не должен получать отказ в весьма недружелюбной форме. Обучите своего особо «щекастого» менеджера (думаю, что на этом филиале он у вас там один) адекватному общению с клиентами банка. Впечатление о банке складывается именно благодаря таким работникам. Легко и быстро оформила карту 100 дней в Альфабанке. Очень удобная и нужная карта, особенно тем, кто не любит копить и ждать,когда же там зп.Я увидела нужную мне вещь по акции и купила,расплатившись картой, а в день ЗП, внесла сумму и никаких процентов,а еще можно разбить сумму на части и за 100 дней рассчитаться и тоже никаких переплат.
