Самое ужасное отделение банка. Хотела закрыть кредит, девушка на входе начала говорить про какое то приложение, что надо радовать какую то заявку онлайн, тоесть получается альфа банк единственный банк в котором не принимают платежи, крутитесь как хотите, что делать человеку который не знает про приложения итд? Тоесть надо заплатить где-то через терминал, подавать какое то заявление онлайн что бы закрыть кредит а за бумагой о погашении приходить только через 45 дней по словам девушки. Номер для консультации полностью назвать не удосужилась, на горячей линии 8800...отвечает автомат ни какой точной информации нет, а приложение не работает вообще. Самы плохой банк.
