Звонила в отделение, ответила менеджер Мария (фамилию не назвала). Спросила, могу ли я частично продать паи? Ответ "нет". Почему? Потому, что не можете и всё. Очень "информативно"! Вы там менеджеров своих вообще учите с клиентами общаться? Информацией они владеют какой-то? Может, хоть ФИО клиента для начала узнать, посмотреть инфу, посоветовать, как и что сделать? Некомпетентные сотрудники, никакой клиентоориентированности.

На горячей линии одобряют кредит на рефинансирование с одним платежом,приходишь в сам банк называют платеж больше чем банк в котором хочешь закрыть кредит по рефинансированию,как так выходит
