Отличный персонал - приветливый и грамотный! Недовольна самой системой банка. Предложили кредит от 8,5 % годовых. При расчете онлайн выставила определенную сумму на определенный срок. Калькулятор Альфа Банка выставил 12,99% годовых. Меня это устроило вполне и я заполнила заявку на кредит. Мне его одобрили и пригласили в банк на оформление. Вот там-то и выяснилось, что все совсем не так. На мою сумму ставка гораздо выше от 14 с чем-то % годовых. Я понимаю, что % ставка зависит от суммы и от сроков, но онлайн-калькулятор четко обозначил на мою сумму и нужный срок - 12,99% годовых. Зачем таким образом заманивать клиентов, подрывать доверие и тратить чужое время и бензин, на пустые поездки? Разочарована...(((

Оформили кредит онлайн. Сказали придти в банк для подписания документов. Пришли и в итоге отказ. Времени моего им совсем не жалко и на людей реально плевать

Место не очень большое, но как-то всё распланировано так, что всем уютно. Хорошие, вежливые сотрудники. Но во время эпидемии необходимо на входе ставить ёмкости с обеззараживающй жидкостью и в помещении должен быть дезар, для обеззараживания воздуха.
