Очень надеюсь что не придется иметь дело с этим банком!!! Ещё ни в одном банке так не обманывали ( да сумма небольшая) Мне нужна была карта для переводов денежных средств, в отделении банка попросила оформить карту без каких либо комиссий. Сотрудник банка мне предложил карту( сказав, что карта совершенно бесплатная) ,а также порекомендовал оформить вторую карту( также без комиссии) для использования а путешествиях. О том, что со второго года обслуживание карт будет стоить 2200руб не было сказано. Ответ на претензию был отрицательный.

Добрый вечер. Заказала кредитную карту. запросила 100000 лимита. Одобрили. Ничего не сказали о том, что будут другие условия. В первый раз обманули. Приехал сотрудник банка, сказал, что на карте лимит 10000 р, но после трех транзакций будет сумма 100 000 р. Обманули во второй раз, т.к. лимит не увеличился. Помимо этого в личном кабинете у меня на другом счете высветился баланс 300 с чем-то рублей и сотрудник их перекинул при мне на эту кредитную карту. Теперь на том счету растет минус. Обманули в третий раз. Теперь я должна решать сама новые проблемы. Написала в чат, ответили, что заявку на увеличение кредитного лимита можно увеличить через полгода. Вы серьезно?! Что мне делать с этими 10000 рублей, когда я в месяц трачу в разы больше??? Вывод у меня такой-ни за что больше не обращусь в ваш банк.

Впервые открыла счёт в Альфа Банке, да и вообще впервые в любом банке открыла счёт. Сразу 7 называется он. Понравилось, что на любую сумму начисляется 7% и можно спокойно в любой момент пополнить счёт. ая новый клиент и мне вообще начисляют до 9%. Это оказался самый выгодный счет. Копить одно удовольствие.
