Ужасное отделение банка,хамское и наплевательское отношение к клиентам. Зам.руководителя абсолютно некомпетентна,хамит,создаёт стрессовую ситуацию и самым наглым образом навязывает услугу страхование при оформлении кредитного продукта. Никому не советую обращаться в данное отделение

Ооочень всё медленно! Пять человек стоят полчаса. Два сотрудника на всех. Изнывающая от скуки третья девушка, только раздает кредитки. Эффективность использования рабочего времени ~20%.

Не рекомендую, может конечно мне так повезло и я попал на "лучшего" сотрудника, абсолютно неадекватный человек, летает в облаках, не понимает, что от него хочет клиент, только бы быстрее спровадить.

Офис хороший, хотя и тесновато, но народу не много, поэтому дистанция соблюдается. Но могу точно сказать про кредитную карту под 0% 110 дней. Да, действительно, платишь минималку два месяца, но если Вы не сможете ее закрыть в срок, потом всё - кабала процентная!!!! Так что эту карту, прежде чем брать, оооочень хорошо подумайте! Это не обычный кредит!!!!! Учтите это!

Хороший банк, льготное кредитование на покупки и ипотеку. Имею кредитку, пользуюсь в основном заграницей, проблем не было. Сотрудники банка вежливые, всегда подскажут и подберут лучшую программу под твои условия. Подключил альфа-клик, плачу все коммунальные платежи и телефон в один шаг! советую!

Против очередей ничего не возразишь и каждый поход в банк занимает час минимум... однако ж тарифы меня устраивают, 100 дней льготного периода решают) лучшая кредитка, не самое лучшее обслуживание. в итоге клиентом и сам являюсь, и жену тоже привлек.
