Приехал в банк, охранник сказал, что заехать можно только по пропускам, отправил меня в альфа банк по другому адресу либо связываться с менеджером, нормально нет? Припарковаться нет места совсем, в итоге уехал оттуда

Ужасное отношение!!! Написал бы это другими словами но модератор не даёт выражается! Юр лицам просто нечего делать в этом банке, крайне отвратительное отношение к моему времени и организации, менеджеры некомпетентны все сроки по открытию счета и спец-счета проё__ны !!!! в результате счета в нужное время не были открыты менеджер благополучно ушёл на выходные... в итоге переход в другой банк

Не смогли за 1,5 часа закрыть ИИС супруге. Сам закрывал в небольшом отделении Альфабанка в другом городе - операция заняла не более 10 минут. Проблемы с софтом и отсутствие опыта операционистов в выполнении подобных операций это при одних из самых высоких комиссий на рынке. К счастью ушёл от этого банка несколько лет назад. P. S. Хоть кот красивый лежит у входной двери за это и за вежливость операционистов 2* вместо *. P. P. S. ИИС в итоге закрыли, но ушло почти 2 часа.
