Ужасное заведение! Позвонили, что карта готова и нужно прийти в филиал на Уралмаше. Отпросилась с работы, приехала, карты нет. На второй день долго искали, не нашли. На третий день компы зависли, зачем тогда брать талон и ждать отказ?! Или за количество талонов работаете, а не на результат. В итоге 3 дня не могу получить зарплату.

Начну с того, что не советую оформлять кредит по телефону наличными из-за того, что некомпетентные люди занимаются оформлением.

Я зашёл в банк и ко мне подошёл молодой человек,и поинтересовался по какому я вопросу.Я ответил что по кредитной карте и начал вводить номер телефона,чтобы взять талончик и занять очередь.Юноша начал требовать мой паспорт и сказал что нельзя регистрироваться по номеру телефона,хотя я только что был в филиале на Кузнецова и регистрировался по номеру телефона.Какой то странный юноша.Мутный филиал.Больше ходить туда не буду.

Обратилась в пятницу НЕ В конце дня,часов в 17, с просьбой полностью закрыть кредит. Две девушки,посовещавшись и еще куда-то сходив, ответили, что это можно будет сделать только в понедельник.(одна из девушек-Анна Васнер). Придя в понедельник и обратившись к девушке на ресепшен ,получила исчерпывающий ответ. На вопрос ,почему это нельзя было сделать в пятницу, ответить не смогла и сама Анна Васнер. "Изумительное" обслуживание.
