Очередной раз подтвердили, что ужасный банк. Заказал дебетовую карту через сайт. Через неделю пришла смс карта готова, получите. пришел, а говорят отказано, зато расспросов больше для чего, зачем вам еще одна карта, почему другими не пользуетесь картами. ладно бы кредитную просил, а то дебетовая. Позвонил на бесплатный телефон 880020...... ,интеллект автоответчика ужасный и тупой, в итоге консультации так и не получил. Не ходите в данный банк, клиенты им не нужны.

Сегодня супруга забрала карту, которую автоматически перевыпустили после майской блокировки. Ну как забрала... Ей сначала не хотели выдавать, сообщив, что она сменила фамилию(WTF !). Ну так-то да, фамилию она меняла, но давно, когда мы поженились. А предыдущую карту она получала уже с текущей фамилией. Супруга устроила небольшой скандал в отделении, пригрозив, что мы вообще закроем свои счета. На это сотрудница ехидно ответила: « А у вас никаких счетов и нет». Ну как бы я на этот счёт зарплату в долларах получаю... Итак, с горем пополам, карту супруге отдали и... отказались активировать. Сказали, что активировать может держатель счёта в приложении или по звонку оператору. Забавная штука.. в приложении я (держатель счёта) не могу активировать карту - выскакивает сообщение о необходимости звонить оператору. В чате мне сообщили, что активировать карту супруга может в отделении банка (WTF !!!) или активировать могу уже я, но по звонку оператору. То есть, сотрудники отделения просто положили болт на мою супругу. Конечно же она ещё раз не поедет в отделение без меня. А я застрял в солнечном Ираке. Но ничего - прилечу, посетим вместе этот филиал адского рас (3,14) здяйства.
