Муж открыл счёт и оформил карту. В 20.30 (не поздновато ли для решения рабочих вопросов, которые как оказалось вполне можно сделать на следующий день в рамках рабочего времени) этого же дня раздался звонок от специалиста, который занимался данной операцией - Дана, настаивал, чтобы муж отправил по ватс апу фотографию своего паспорта, хотя счёт уже открыт и карта выдана. Муж сказал, что вышлет завтра на электронную почту, Дана не согласилась и сказала, что сейчас напишет мужу в ватс ап сама и с ЛИЧНОГО номера. ПОЖЕЛАЛА моему мужу ПРИЯТНОГО ВЕЧЕРА. и тут же написала с личного номера в ватс ап, что это она и приятный смайлик в конце. Вопрос к руководству филиала: неужели это прописано в вашем регламенте, такие поздные звонки ни о чем, она даже не извинилась за поздний звонок, да ещё в конце разговора желать мужчине приятного вечера и писать с личного номера?! Я конечно все понимаю, что молодая девочка увидела привлекательного мужчину с деньгами и у неё ум за разум зашёл... Но границы тоже надо знать и служебным положением пользоваться в личных целях считаю так себе поступок. Прошу руководство данного филиала провести с сотрудников Даной как минимум беседу. Спасибо!

Остался доволен отделением. То ли попал в нужное время, то ли повезло — никаких очередей. Открывал вклад, на сайте выбрал подходящий мне, в банк приехал уже со всеми доками и деньгами. Оформили быстро и чётко, сотрудники молодцы.

Отвратительное отделение. Не работающий планшет. Бесполезные 2 непонятных консультанта,ни подсказать,ни помочь не могут.
