Уважаемый альфа-банк, официально заявляю, что вы задолбали терроризировать с предложением взять кредитную карту: постоянно звоните, в приложении тоже предлагают, даже когда звонишь просто в техподдержку, в конце начинают втюхивать ее. Кто придумал такие агрессивные продажи, и как работает? Как только я закрою кредит в вашем банке, я закрою все счета, не хочу даже слышать от вас. Я уже сто раз пожалела, что стала вашим клиентом! Другие банки в этом плане душки, по сравнению с вами! У меня уже сил просто не хватает и зла! Хватит! Меня! Терроризировать!

Звонят беспристанно с предложением кредита. На возмущение, что это 20 звонок, сообщают: ну если я дозвонилась, то прослушайте информацию. На требование исключить телефон из базы ничего внятного ответить не могут. Единственный банк, который не слышит и не реагирует на просьбы!

19.03.2020 обратился в банк с целью расторжения договора «добровольного» страхования. Сотрудницы в два горла начали «лечить» как оно мне необходимо, а в конце-концов просто отказались объяснять что именно необходимо указать в заявлении. Пришлось связываться с сотрудницей «Альфы» другого отделения.
