Сотрудники не внимательные особенно Наталья. Послала в другой филиал за картой когда карта была на щорса 8.

некомпетентные сотрудники.отправляли два раза ожидать.не знают что можно а что нельзя.пока не сказал что жене оформляли так.не кто не хотел оформлять.печально что такие сотрудники работают в такой сфере.

Неудобное расположение стеклянной двери,которая находится перед банкоматами. Если не заметить ее,то можно и удариться.

В офисе по указанному адресу работают некомпетентные сотрудники. Пришли оформлять з/карту. На что сотрудник банка задала вопрос: "Является ли наш работодатель их партнером?!" Назревает вопрос: "Зачем простому работнику нужно знать данную информацию о своём работодателе и что вообще изменится если даже работодатель не является их партнером?!" Короче...вопрос сотрудника был не уместен. Мы же пришли з/п карту оформить!!! Если нас отправил работодатель именно в этот банк, значит з/п проект с вами заключен. Считаю этого должно быть достаточно. Другую инфу об организации выясняйте уже сами не вводя в ступор людей. Далее... при заполнении анкетных данных сотрудник сама не сразу отвечала на те вопросы, которые были указаны в анкете, приводя в качестве примера. После всех заполнений и предоставления необходимых документов нам сказали что карты можно будет получить ч/з 3-4 дня и информация о готовности карт будет передана работодателю. Ни смс-информирования нам, ни работодателю не пришли. Поехали сами в офис...и тут началось... карт не оказалось...сказали ехать в центральный офис... приехали туда... там посмотрели...ответили что карты находятся в том офисе, где подавали заявку, а в центральном их только подготавливают... ЭТО ЧТО ЗА БАРДАК!! С горем пополам получили!!! Может банк и хороший, но репутацию такие сотрудники подрывают однозначно... Возникает мысль что людей набрали как кукол. P.S.: На работе нужно заниматься работой, а не капаться в своих телефонах и бурно что-то обсуждать!!
