Что за график работы с 09-30 до 17-30??? Надо с работы отпрашиваться ради вас??!!! Как получить ещё карту зарплатную??!! Ни один уважающий себя банк для клиентов не устанавливает данный график себе!

Обратилась в банк для закрытия счета и получения какой либо " бумажки" подтверждающей этот факт. НО... несмотря на мою просьбу очень холодная и абсолютно не клинтоориентированная сотрудница мне категорически отказала, конечно.... ей же плевать . Вот благодаря таким сотрудницам, ваш банк и теряет клиентов. Благо в этот же вечер я обратилась в в ваш ЦО в Москве, где мне без проблем отправили данные. При том, что они сообщили, что вообще не видят мое дело в статусе " закрыти". Вообщем я в шоке.... Не помню, как ее звали, но 21 июня в 19.00 она сидела с высокомерным видом во 2 окне.

Народу не много, время ожидания минут 5-10, в зависимости от времени посещения. Окон много, но работают, как правило половина. С другой стороны:неплохие условия по счетам и лимитам перевода и снятия. Намного лучше Сбера. Условия для дебетовых карт подходящие для того, чтобы их здесь открыть.
