Один из центральных офисов данного банка. Периодически проводят обучающие семинары по теме финансов с учётом продуктов банка- отличное мероприяттие. В отделении при обращении по каким-то вопросам время ожидания в очереди приемлемое. Очередь электронная, по талону, как и во многих организациях. Есть кондиционер. На входе в тамбуре отдельно расположены два банкомата с круглосуточной доступностью и тоже с кондиционером. Но один из банкоматов на входе не принимал купюры пятитысячные нового образца.

Думала, за два года после последнего отзыва, что-то изменилось в отделении. Очереди точно не изменились. ждать приходится не мало. Но обслуживание стало лучше в плане компетентности персонала. Потреченное время компенсировали полной информацией о интересовавшем меня продукте. Из пяти — четыре звезды. Как только научатся быстро обслуживать и исчезнут очереди — изменю на пять).
