Ужасно. Отделение находиться в подвале, чтобы пришла смс, как сайгак должна скакать к выходу, чтобы поймать связь, серьезно?! Замечательная "забота о клиенте". Была также ситуация: Со своего счета, зарплатного, захотелось снять деньги, карту дома оставила. Оказывается, если вы захотите произвести данную операцию, то снятие денежных средств, со своего счета чего кассу будет с комиссией! Серьезно?! СО СВОЕГО СЧЕТА, СВОИ ДЕНЬГИ ЕЩЁ И С КОМИССИЕЙ! Впервые с таким сталкиваюсь, это не кредитка и не кредитный счёт! Кошмар!

Неправильно дают информацию, врут. Обращалась много раз, только пару раз помогли и правильно дали информацию. Жалобу книгу прячут. Очень неприятное впечатление. Просто жуть...
