Жуткий непрофессионализм сотрудников. Чтобы получить заказанную именную карту, нужно убедить сотрудника, что она есть, паспорта и компьютера недостаточно. Приходить к 9:00 бесполезно. Первого клиента раньше 9:15 обслуживать не начинают.

Банк названивает с разных телефонов с префиксом 992 пока не ответишь. Оказывается у них есть для меня предложение. Я никогда не пользовался вашими услугами, не надо мне звонить!
