Хотел получить зарплатную карту, заехал днём, но впустую потратил время, просидев в очереди 20 минут, в итоге плюнул и поехал на работу. До сих пор вызывают голосом, на табло высвечивается неадекватная информация. Люди пропускают свою очередь, да и в целом ощущение хаоса и неразберихи. Прежде чем получить талон надо объяснить цель визита сотруднику на входе, и тогда он выдаст талон. Если самостоятельно это сделать, то сотрудник смотрит на вас с недоумением. Причем сотрудники на входе меняются (при мне 3 человека сменилось), непонятно с какой целью. И для единственного отделения в городе у них явно мало места. Осталось только негативное впечатление от посещения отделения. Если бы не зарплатная карта, то добровольно не стал бы клиентом этого банка. Есть куда более клиентоориентированные банки.

Здравствуйте, Денис! В офисах иногда бывает высокая нагрузка, из-за которой ожидание в очереди может увеличиться. Чтобы это исправить, сотрудники могут помогать клиентам на входе при выборе талона. Обязательно поговорим с офисом по поводу этой ситуации. Извините.

Сейчас в банке. Людей около тридцати. Вызывают просто голосом. Как только берёшь талон высвечивается на табло номер. Но подходить нельзя. Вызывают просто по очереди. Хотя на сайте пишется что очередей нет и все хорошо.

Сейчас приехала в банк. Получить карту. Очередь 17 человек это те кто стоит только получить доступ к талонам. И банке людей много. За неделю третий раз приезжаю. И не могу получить. И вы опять ответите что это техническая проблема? Значит если есть проблема пишите в приложении что здесь высокая загруженность, чтоб не путать людей
