и у меня от этого отделения ККО остались не очень хорошие впечатления. в своё время пошла закрывать туда свой кредит. Офис сам по себе малюсенький.Два банкомата, и комната с тремя операционистами. Очередь как всегда была огромная в этом помещении, все сидели и ждали. Операционисты всё время куда то выходили, толи советовались, то ли по нужде. Про офис-менеджера на "ресепшене", так сказать девочка которая находится в зале и по своей сути могла бы что то посоветовать, отправляла к операционистам. И до смешного, просто указывала кто за кем занимал очередь. Когда подошла моя очередь, то кредит мне закрыли, сказали чтоб подходила через несолько дней и пока я не попросила справку, мне никто даже не предложил.

Сильно испортилось у меня отношение к этому банку после недавней истории. У меня есть кредитная карточка этого банка, когда мне срочно понадобились деньги, то я сняла их, планируя в последующем эту сумму погасить в беспроцентный период(по моей карте это 60 дней). Через 2 недели я поехала в банк чтобы погасить задолжность. Сотрудник меня отправил в банкомат, где я внесла всю сумму. Но через неделю я обнаружила, что у меня задолжность есть еще тысячу, теперь спустя еще неделю уже 2. Сотрудники банка сказали что система все считает автоматически и они не знают откуда взялись эти деньги..

Решила, что дома без дела деньгам нечего лежать, поэтому открыла вклад в Альфе. Открыли быстро, без каких либо заморочек. процентная ставка вполне устраивает. теперь деньги при деле. А так как у меня вклад Победа+, то и доход по нему до 6 процентов годовых. Это я к тому, чтобы вы поняли, почему я так сказала про проценты)

Всего пару раз посещал отделение, так как в основном все вопросы решаю по онлайн чату, или же звоню в колл — центр. В отделении обслуживают быстро, на все вопросы отвечают так, чтобы до клиента все дошло как надою
