Перевозил груз компанией Альбатрос Карго из Китая. Менеджер Владислав Г. выставил счет на 50% процентов предоплаты. Я его оплатил. Через 2 месяца позвонил, сказал, что груз уже в Европе и нужно доплатить еще 25%, чтобы груз побыстрее отправить в Москву. Я оплатил. Потом выяснилось, что сотрудник Владислав Г. больше не работает в "Альбатрос Карго", а счет выставил от какой-то "своей" фирмы. В "Альбатрос Карго" сказали, что вы платили не понятно кому и груз не отдадим пока не будет полной оплаты. С Владислава Г. руководство не может вытрясти эти деньги, он говорит, что ничего не знаю. И я оказался заложником этого авантюриста. Начальник отдела И. Анна говорит, что вы были в сговоре с Владиславом Г.

Руководство ООО “Альбатрос Карго” выплатило нашей организации треть от суммы потерь, которые нанес нам недобросовестный сотрудник Гоголев Владислав Олегович. Все претензии к ООО “Альбатрос Карго” снимаем, считаем конфликт исчерпанным. Оставшуюся часть мы намерены взыскать с Гоголева Владислава Олеговича без участия ООО “Альбатрос Карго” с привлечением правоохранительных организаций.

Добрый день. Подскажите чем у вас закончилось с гоголевым. У нас абсолютно такае же история получилась, только он работал в другой компании.
