В этом году в отпуск решил съездить в Горный Алтай. Стали искать компании, которые организуют туда туры, заинтересовала данная фирма (у них красочный сайт, где подробно описаны маршруты и прочее). В итоге особенно понравился тур под названием "Выходные на Алтае", где с 9 по 11 августа предлагалось посетить все значимые и красивые места Горного Алтая. Цена была заявлена более чем приемлемая. Позвонил им, соединили с менеджером (кажется Александр). Он кратко рассказал, что нам очень повезло, это удивительное предложение. Он сказал, что они отрабатывают данный маршрут, у них появились новые возможности и поэтому, поскольку это будет первая поездка, они готовы везти даже двоих (а нас было двое). После разговора, чтобы убедиться в серьезности этого мероприятий, мы приехали в офис фирмы, где вновь говорили с этим менеджером. По итогам разговора, нам сказали, что приготовления к туру идут полным ходом и нам не нужно их беспокоить, они сами нам позвонят. В итоге никто нам не позвонил, а мы зря их прождали и потеряли время. По итогам взаимодействия с этой фирмой создалось впечатление, что они считают, что клиенты нуждаются в них, а не наоборот. Рекомендую всем самостоятельно ехать в Горный на автобусе или авто, а не искать помощи у таких сомнительных посредников, что в итоге мы и решили сделать.

Валентин, мне искренне жаль, что произошла такая ситуация, это просто не допустимо, к сотруднику обязательно будут приняты меры дисциплинарного взыскания.
