Сам Сбербанк мне нравится, но в этом отделении не всегда быстрое обслуживание. И банкоматы иногда работают со сбоем, например, не всегда работает услуга внесения денег на транспортную карту.

Люди будьте внимательны! До получения кредита отказывайтесь от страховки которую вам впарят ничего не сказав вовсе! Ещё это назвать могут финансовой защитой. Сумма которую вы берете должна быть именно такой, если больше чем вы хотите взять - значит вам обманным путем навязали страховку и ее же включили в процент кредита!

Зашел оплатить услуги в банкомат, подбежала девушка спросила вкурсе ли что в банке можно записать биометрические данные, я ответил что да и мне это не нужно, на что она сказала нужно всем клиентам поставить отметку о якобы уведомленности и начала быстро тыкать в банкомате и попросила код с смс, только после оплаты своих услуг я внимательно прочитал смс о том что введя этот код я даю согласие на обработку этих биометрических данных!!! Пришлось позже еще раз идти в офис отзывать свое согласие, ув. Администрация, я понимаю что ваши сотрудники получают деньги за эти подписи, но получать их таким обманным способом уж извените это недопустимо!! Примите меры
