Не советую связываться с этим магазином. Сделала заказ штор, шторы пришли быстро + Но они совершенно не соответствовали размеру. По длине меньше чем были заявлены в описании и по ширине тоже различия сверху меньше, снизу больше. Естественно их регила сдать и тут начались проблемы. Объяснила причину, но почему то заявление прислали, не с моей причиной возврата, а якобы они мне не подошли по размеру, как бы шить надо правильно, чтоб подходили. Второй момент девушка менеджер не составила номер заявки на возврат из-за этого было потерено много времени, чтоб транспортная составила сама этот номер. В третьих они отказались оплачивать доставку за свой бракованный товар. Первый раз я столкнулась с такой работой интернет магазина. Когда встречались претензии к товару интернет мазазин забирал свой товар и при необходимости заменял его, достаточно было фото брака, магазину алтали я тоже прислала все косяки по шторам. Не тратьте на них время и нервы.

В данный момент мы ожидаем возврат штор для выявления отклонений по размеру. Если эта информация подтвердится, денежные средства будут возвращены. У нас сохранилась вся переписка и запись разговоров с Вами, из которой следует что вся информация по возврату предоставлялась в полном объеме, своевременно и корректно. Если вы покупаете товары и общаетесь он лайн, это не означает что можно позволять себе угрозы и неуважительное отношение к сотрудникам магазина, даже если приобретенный Вами товар не соответствует Вашим ожиданиям.
