Очень разочарованы. Хотели поменять радиаторы год назад. Выбрали алмстрой по отзывам, звонили. Нам сказали, что у них большой заказ, и они могут поменять через месяц. Через месяц они снова говорили, что не могут взяться за наш заказ (3 радиатора). Так они дотянули до сезона отопления. Прошёл год, и мы всё же решили поменять радиаторы, однако пока только один. На прошлой неделе узнали, что да, меняют, только не будет скидки за один радиатор. Не вопрос. Позвонила сегодня, сегодня информация изменилась: с сегодняшнего дня они меняют только от двух радиаторов. Кстати, отдельного внимания достойны операторы. Звонишь, а они тебе "алло", никто не представляется, что за человек, какая компания. Если у вас три и меньше радиаторов, не тратьте своё время как мы, и не надейтесь, что за вас заказ возьмутся

Поначалу опасалась, что работают без замера. Но по телефону меня успокоили, сказали, что привезут все с запасом. Действительно, никаких проблем не возникло, работа выполнена очень оперативно: за 3 часа сделали 3 батареи. Если бы сантехник из ЖЭКа меньше ковырял в носу и быстрее бы отключал стояки, то было бы вообще супер-быстро! Мастер из Алмстроя все делал так четко, так отработанно, что приятно было смотреть (жаль, я забыла, как его зовут). Спасибо большое! Побольше бы таких работников во всех фирмах!
