11 марта т г будучи во Владивостоке, зашёл в офис вашего банка в торговом центре Изумруд, в центре города. Хотел оформить потреб кредит. Внутри находились три девушки, которые при нашем входе в офис даже не повернули головы, не ответили на наше приветствие. Я показал свои документы, и пояснил, что хотел бы оформить кредит на 5 лет суммой 300т р. Сотрудник банка даже не просмотрев внимательно мои документы сказала, что кредит мне не положен, т к я представил справку о доходах за полгода, а не за год. Я ответил, что перед поездкой во Владивосток, я посетил офис банка в Якутске по пр. Ленина, и мне сказали, что справка за 6 мес. Достаточна. Сотрудница дала понять, что разговор закончен. Я попросил пригласить администратора, вышел молодой человек, и пояснил, что документы сейчас примут. Никаких извинений, пояснений со стороны девушек не последовало. Таким образом, я так и не оформил кредит. Выйдя на улицу, через дорогу увидел Россельхозбанк, и там, без единого недовольства, четко, аккуратно и быстро оформил необходимый кредит. Считаем недопустимым такое поверхностное, пренебрежительное отношение сотрудников вашего филиала к жителям республики. Крайне недовольны и возмущены!
