Предупреждаю!! о хамском отношении к клиентам в салоне L studio на Маяковского 9/1. Предыстория: в конце сентября подружка подарила сертификат в этот салон, я позвонила, спросила как можно его потратить и какой срок действия у него. Мне сказали: можно тратить частями и срок неограничен. 2 раза я воспользовалась их услугами, без вопросов, остаток остался 800р, и вот сегодня пришла потратить остаток. Брови девушка покрасила без вопросов, всё хорошо. Отдаю сертификат, а мне говорят его срок истёк! Я говорю в смысле истёк, если он без срока?!)) Сначала мне говорили, что у него изначально срок был полгода, потом что с нового года у них такие правила, что сертификат действует пол года. Я говорю: во-первых на сертификате вообще нет никаких условий; во-вторых вы не можете менять условия уже выданных сертификатов, я как могу узнать какие вы придумали новые условия? Они типа: вот так теперь у нас, платите деньги!)) Минут 10 разговоров об одном и том же, я уже даже хотела предложить вызвать полицию, потому что мошенничеством попахивает... Но они типа мне пошли на уступки, отпустили и занесли меня в чёрный список 😂🙈 Занавес!)
