Данная шараш кантора препятствует продажи квартиры своих клиентов, так как их основная задача не продать квартиру, а со всех собрать деньги. Так же их риэлтор Кристина, это "специалист" которая даже двух слов связать не может и ответить на элементарный вопрос : за что мы вам будем платить?, даёт не верную информацию касаемую купли продажи квартиры. Не рекомендую обращаться к ним, а так же покупать квартиры которые продаются через них! Шарлатаны и вымогатели денег!

Уважаемая Юля Е (Инна), здравствуйте! Во-первых, мы не "шараш-контора", ЮА Аллюр-НК более 8 лет работает в сфере риэлторских и юридических услуг, в коллективе все специалисты с высшим юридическим образованием, так как считаю, что юридически неграмотный человек при покупке-продаже недвижимости может серьезно навредить своему клиенту. Во-вторых, профессиональные услуги должны оплачиваться. Если вы работаете исключительно за "спасибо", то это Ваше право, но в таком случае, почему первый Ваш вопрос был: "Процентом делитесь?" Если бы мой ответ был отрицательным, наверняка, Ваши клиенты просто не узнали бы о существовании данной квартиры, правда?) В-третьих, Ваше хамское поведение любого лишит дара речи. Вы работаете не на продуктовом рынке, а на рынке недвижимости, и если хотите работать в этой сфере и дальше, не стоит забывать про профессиональную этику, иначе "фейковые" положительные отзывы о Вашей компании и отрицательные о компаниях-конкурентах вас не спасут. Удачи, в профессиональном росте! P.S. Квартира была продана в короткие сроки, на условиях устроивших и продавцов и покупателей, клиенты остались довольны)
