Здравствуйте Хотела оставить своё впечатление от визита в клинику allsmiles. Чистенько, красиво,тихо, рядом с метро. Администраторы вежливые, понравилась консультация лечащих врачей (хирург/ортопед ), ответили на все мои вопросы, четко и ясно обрисовали мою ситуацию. Имплантацию решили пока не делать, запланировали установку коронок. Ну а дальше мне предстоял крайне неприятный диалог с закреплённым за мной менеджером Евгенией, которая испортила все. Сложилось ощущение, что она некомпетентна, тянула время, повторяла все что мне разъяснились врачи. Попирательство в общении поражало. Достаточно навязчиво предлагала платно записаться на последующий приём. А на мою просьбу распечатать план лечения, сказала что не будет этого делать так как мне ещё рано делать имплантацию. Возможно Евгении банально не хватает воспитания, ведь проводив меня к выходу, она даже не сказала до свидания, но этот нюанс явно не спас бы ситуацию)), хотелось скорее уйти, что я, собственно, и сделала. Жаль, потерянное драгоценное время, впечатление о клинике сформировалось неоднозначное, больше негативное.
