Старые тренажёры, не работают на многих тренажёрах табло, отсутствует вводный инструктаж, много платных услуг, очень тесно, не все душевые кабины работают, в раздевалках грязно, шкафчика в основном сломанные, инвентарь не обновляется! Групповые занятия в удобные часы платные, при оплате за абонемент не дают на руки договор, сокращают сроки по абонементам, завлекают дополнительными опциями, а последствии их не выполняют.

Управляющая клубом Ольга или как ее там, превратила клуб в подобие гестапо. Вместо того чтобы установить нам дополнительный кулер она активно борется с теми, кто хоть на минутку задерживается при закрытии клуба, наверное таким образом тешит своё самолюбие. Или пытается содрать побольше штрафов, а штраф за опоздание или задержку при выходе составляет немало , целую тысячу рублей, в договоре и в приложении к нему ничего подобного не прописано, уже только погэтому данная мера считается прямым нарушением прав потребителей, а правила клуба не должны противоречить федеральным законам , в том числе Гражданскому кодексу и Закону о защите прав потребителей и администрация клуба не имеет права налагать на членов клуба какие либо штрафы так как это не орган государственной власти. Видимо Ольга или как ее там далека от юриспруденции и всего что с этим связано, но при этом возомнила себя царицей в своей вотчине где она сама издаёт законы. Поэтому, если данная вышеуказанная практика по сбору штрафов с членов клуба в ближайшее время не будет отменена, мною будут направлены сразу две жалобы на нарушение прав потребителей в прокуратуру ЮВАО и в Роспотребнадзор по городу Москве.
