Ужасная антисанитария в раздевалках, в душевых есть признаки заведения живности, мелкие тараканы, шкафы все раздолбанные с отломанными вешалками, сверху над вами свисают тонны клочков пыли которые могут осесть на вас в любую секунду - думаю что нужно привлекать Роспотребнадзор или др органы для проверки этой шарашки, на момент открытия все было новое, красивое, сейчас естественно надо все менять, почему до сих пор этого не сделали, вопрос.

Очень грязная раздевалка , на шкафчиках отсутствуют дверцы. Оборудование разлдолбанное.

Приобрела абонемент, но в связи с обстоятельствами решила его расторгнуть. Изначально мне обещали вернуть полную стоимость абонемента, тк посетить данный клуб мне не удалось, карта не была мною активирована. При обращении (дважды) в клуб мне не давали написать заявление на возврат, так как руководитель отдела продаж была на больничном и мне не могли сказать сколько будет на возврат денежных средств. С горем пополам спустя 1,5 месяца я пишу заявление на расторжение договора. Соответственно сумма к возврату уже намного меньше. Данное заявление Я написала 16.11.21 года, мне сказали что деньги смогу получить только наличными 31.01-1.02 при обращении в клуб мне сказали что средства вернуть они не могут, приходите после 16.02.22 и вернём деньги. Обращаюсь 5.04 уже прошло предостаточно дней для осуществления возврата, но тут и мне не могут вернуть мои деньги! Просто отвратительное отношение к клиентам! Вроде бы серьезная организация, а поступки во все не серьезные. На жалобы и претензии реакций нет! НИКОМУ НЕ ПОРЕКОМЕНДУЮ ОБРАЩАТЬСЯ В ДАННЫЙ КЛУБ!
