В этом магазины цветы ужасного качества! Купила цветы в ~21:00 вечера, утром в 11 примерно, обнаружила, что они завяли, хотя меня обнадежили, что стоять будут! Принесла им эти «цветы», мне в наглой высмеивающей форме пытались доказать, что я сама виновата! Ну ок, «пошли мне на уступки» ссылаясь на закон, который гласит о невозможности возврата денег и замены цветов, а я хотела именно забрать деньги! Так эти цветы тоже завял буквально через НЕСКОЛЬКО ЧАСОВ (им хватило всего лишь 9)! И да, по поводу закона, где нельзя вернуть цветы ненадлежащего качества: «Цветы ненадлежащего качества, как и любой бракованный товар, вернуть обратно закон разрешает. Цветы могут быть признаны бракованными, если: - покупатель обнаружил после покупки вредителей; -цветы вянут быстрее, чем обещал продавец (может быть указано на этикетке или оговорено в устной форме); -при более детальном рассмотрении были обнаружен частично увядший букет.»
